NYPD Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly gave a rivoting account of counter terrorist initiatives in New York City and then addressed questions from the group.

Commissioner Kelly is the current Commissioner of the New York City Police Department and the first person to hold the post for two nonconsecutive tenures.  He spent 31 years in the New York City Police Department, serving in 25 different commands, including the position he now holds.
