luncheon at sardi’s on april 19, 2022

The Broadway Association was thrilled to host the first luncheon back at Sardi’s since February 2020. We were honored to welcome Founder and Executive Director of Inside Broadway and longtime Broadway Association member, Michael Presser. Michael began the organization in 1982, at the invitation of Bernard B. Jacobs, the late President of The Shubert Organization  as an effort to create a student ticket program for the Broadway musical Cats. Inside Broadway will be celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, reaching nearly 3 million New York City public school students over four decades and now serves roughly 90,000 students in 100 schools throughout all five boroughs, through their in-class residency programs, after school workshops, summer theatre camp, and the popular “Creating the Magic” series. Moderating the discussion was dear friend of the Broadway Association,  WABC-TV Entertainment Reporter Sandy Kenyon.
